Croatian Book Month 2018 (15 October - 15 November 2018)

The opening ceremony of the Croatian Book Month will take place on Monday, 15 October 2018 at 13:00 hours in the Croatian Academy of Sciences and Arts in Zagreb. The Turkulin - Ljubičić piano duo and the Sebastian Quartet will perform in the music part of the programme.

The Croatian Book Month is a manifestation during which, in a month time, from 15 October to 15 November, the aim is to talk about books at state and local level, promote reading and gather in various programmes all those really interested in books. This year event is dedicated to cultural heritage.
 
The main theme is Precisely Heritage /Baš baština/ and the motto is Upload Heritage /(U)čitaj nasljeđe/*! And the main motive is the Glagolitic script as a specificity of the Croatian heritage as well as national and cultural identity under the auspices of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Croatia.
